MYDOLL 2020 REGISTRATION FORM

Hello everyone 😁😁
the registration for Mydoll X Macaron Doll Tea-party 2020 is finally open.
We have limited tables available this year so if you are interested to open a booth in Mydoll X Macaron Doll Tea-party 2020 please fill this form fast.
😎😎Special service for Vendors who participate in mydoll2019, they will get 1* free food Voucher for each booth rented for mydoll2020
‼️Here are some TnC for booth application‼️
1. Goods permitted:
All goods permitted including second hands and handmade items. No RECAST and COUNTERFEIT doll and accessories.
2. Price : RM200 (USD50) per TABLE. A 50% deposit is required and non-refundable. Full payment must be made 2 months before the event date (before 19.7.2020).
3. Booth details
A booth is 1 table and 2 chairs with no additional chairs. Vendor can book up to 3 TABLES.
Table size : IBM 2ftX 6ft
4. Payment method
Payment method is mentioned in the form. Please feel free to PM us if you have any questions.
5. In case of cancellation, vendor must inform at least a MONTH before the event.
6. Vendor must bring their own table clothes.
7. Vendors are responsible for the safety of their own goods and display items.

9. Confirmation on the booth will be made after the payment. We will send a confirmation email to the email attached in the registration form.
10. International (non-Malaysian)vendors are advised to appoint a local agent to ease the transaction in Malaysia.
11. Benefits for vendors:
