With heavy heart we have to postponed the Mydoll X Macaron Doll Tea-party 2020 to 2021 because of the Covid-19 situation that affected not only us in Malaysia but the whole world.

We hope that we can use this time to help and support each other in healing and dealing with this virus and we wish that everyone can become stronger after this pandemic.

We will take this time to restructure everything regarding the event.

MYDOLL 2020 BOOTH REGISTRATION FORM

the registration for Mydoll X Macaron Doll Tea-party 2020 is finally open.
We have limited tables available this year so if you are interested to open a booth in Mydoll X Macaron Doll Tea-party 2020 please fill this form fast.

😎😎Special service for Vendors who participate in mydoll2019, they will get 1* free food Voucher for each booth rented for mydoll2020

‼️Here are some TnC for booth application‼️
✅1. Goods permitted:
All goods permitted including second hands and handmade items. No RECAST and COUNTERFEIT doll and accessories.
✅2. Price : RM200 (USD50) per TABLE. A 50% deposit is required and non-refundable. Full payment must be made 2 months before the event date (before 19.7.2020).
✅3. Booth details
A booth is 1 table and 2 chairs with no additional chairs. Vendor can book up to 3 TABLES.
Table size : IBM 2ftX 6ft
✅4. Payment method
Payment method is mentioned in the form. Please feel free to PM us if you have any questions.
✅5. In case of cancellation, vendor must inform at least a MONTH before the event.
✅6. Vendor must bring their own table clothes.
✅7. Vendors are responsible for the safety of their own goods and display items.

Hello dolls😁, Mydoll X Macaron Doll Tea-party 2020 will be held at the same hall like last year (PUSAT KOMERSIL KOMUNITI BANDAR TUN RAZAK).

It is near the BANDAR TUN RAZAK LRT STATION so it's a great choice for those who prefer using public transport.
It also has ample parking spaces for anyone that wanted to drive there, especially vendors.

Introduction to Mydoll

Doll collecting hobby have, since few years back gain popularity in Malaysia. Be it resin or vinyl, big or small, these collectors do love their dolls and the number is expanding. Doll hobby is not only limited to collecting them, but there are also artists that can do the doll face-up, tailors than can make the doll clothes and those with nimble hands that excellent in making the doll tiny accessories. Most of them sell their product and service online but we hope to add more to the market by providing a place for them to follow and promote their services.

MYDoll is the new annual event for the doll collector community in Malaysia. This will be a great place for all doll collector to come and gather together and display and talk about dolls and our hobby. We will have sale booths to get out doll needs and services. MYDoll aimed to make new friends and bring the community and service provider closer together in the event. Non-doll collector and interested people are also more than welcome to join MYDoll.
